IAC Award Update
The 9th annual Internet Advertising Competition Awards judging is just finishing up and we will be selecting and announcing the winners in the next few weeks. We received a record number of entries this year and from the looks of some of the scores I've seen, the competition was fierce. I look forward to seeing who has won Best of Show for each format and seeing who will be the Top Agency this year. The new crystal trophies are already in production and should be ready shortly.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank the wonderful panel of judges that we have assembled for this year's IAC program. A significant number of experienced industry professionals donated their time and expertise to evaluate this year's entries. Their leadership in determining excellence in online advertising allows all of us to benefit from participation in competitions like the IAC Awards.
The 15th annual WebAaward Competition for Website development website has been updated for 2011 and we are currently conducting final testing before the launch of this year's Call for Entries. From the number of people who have been asking when the site was to be updated, it looks like it is going to be another outstanding competition.
Final details will be released shortly, so start thinking about your entries and make sure you're signed up for our WMA Facebook page to get helpful hints to increase your chances of winning in this year's competition.
