We have a lot to tell you about this month.

First, the deadline for the 2005 Interactive Advertising Competition (IAC) Awards has been extended until Friday, February 15th. This will allow those with incomplete entries to finish them and for those who have not yet entered all of their best work, this is your last chance. The judging will begin February 18th and judges will be notified by the end of this week. If you would like be considered as a judge for the IAC Awards, please submit your application now using the Judging Form.

Next, we are pleased to announce the call for entries for the second annual Interactive Investor Relations Awards. This competition is focused on the importance of the investor relations section of a public company's website. Public companies rely on their IR sites for critical disclosure needs and help investors and analysts properly valuate their company's stock. If your company is public or have clients that are, you should consider entering the IIR Awards to promote your online efforts and gain valuable feedback for future development. The deadline for entry is March 31st and the official award website is www.iiraward.org

Last year, Bank of Montreal won best of show for their IR site. Other industry winners included: GM, Proctor & Gamble, New York Life, McDolald's, SAP, Aventis, Dell, Mattell, Coca-Cola, Sun Microsystems, Pinnacle West, Lam Research, CVS, eBay, FedEx, IDEXX Labs just to name a few. This competition will set the standard of excellence for investor relations websites.

Lastly, the Web Marketing Association is teaming up with MarketingSherpa to offer a free teleseminar entitled "Landing Page Design: What's working ". On this call you will learn practical advice on how to build landing pages that perform. Effective landing pages are so critical to effective use of your marketing budget so I highly recommend you sign up and join us for the no cost (yes, I said no cost) conference call.
