Jeff leads the content strategy practice at MRM's Detroit office. He has more than 20 years of experience leading digital content projects. He earned his Ph.D. in English and Creative Writing from Western Michigan University. He also holds an M.F.A. and B.A. in English from the University of Maryland at College Park. He lives in Grosse Pointe Park, Mich. with his wife and two kids.
