Absolute Final Week To Enter 2013 IAC Awards

February 15, 2013 is the last day to enter the the 11th annual Internet Advertising Competition (IAC) Awards. All submited entries must also be complete by this date as the judging will begin shortly thereafter. This international award program will evaluate all forms of online advertising in 86 industry categories. The Competition Web site is located at www.IACAward.org and the extended deadline for entry is this Friday, February 15, 2013.

Entering is easy. Simply create a Nominator Account or log in to an existing Nominator Account . Upload your creative and pick you industry and format. We'll send our judges to evaluate it based on creativity, innovation, impact, design, copywriting, and use of the medium. If you have the highest average score in your industry, you're a winner!

New Award Winning Agency Database Launched

In an effort to further help promote the interactive agencies who regularly win awards for their work, the Web Marketing Association recently launched a new website - the Award Winning Interactive Agency Database or AWAdb. Inclusion in the website is free if you qualify and listings are automatically upgraded to the Premium Level if the agency has won an award from the WMA in the past year (Another great reason to enter the IAC Awards before Friday).

If you are looking for an agency to help with your interactive marketing needs, you can search thousands of full service advertising agencies and interactive agencies that been recognized by major award programs for their outstanding interactive work. The AWAdb can be searched by several fields that are cumulative in helping to narrow your search quickly. Visitors can search by agency name, location, languages, or even specialty. The site also offers an Interactive Agency Map that allows the user to click on the geographic area they are interested in and drill down to see the exact locations of various award winning agencies.

Participation in the Award Winning Agency Database is free to all agencies who have won recognition in a recognized interactive award program. If your agency is not already listed and you've won awards, please add your agency to the AWAdb.
