The new World Equestrian Center website represents a strategic transformation of a complex, multi-destination brand into a single, cohesive, high-performance digital experience. World Equestrian Center is not one offering, it is a luxury resort, a global equestrian competition venue, a dining and retail destination, and a regional lifestyle brand. Previously, these experiences were spread across six siloed websites, making discovery, navigation and conversion difficult for users with different intents.
The challenge was to unify these experiences into one platform that clearly communicated the scale and prestige of the brand while supporting diverse audiences, including luxury leisure travelers, equestrian competitors, event attendees, wedding planners and local visitors. The new website introduces a user-first information architecture built around intent-based journeys. Content is organized by destination, interests and user goals rather than internal business units, allowing visitors to move seamlessly from inspiration to planning to booking.
Technically, the site was rebuilt for performance, scalability and flexibility. Faster load times, quicker paths to conversion and a modern content management system empower internal teams to evolve the site while maintaining consistency and quality. The result is a future-ready digital foundation designed to grow with the brand.
The website launched on September 30, 2025, and delivered immediate business impact. In the first three months post-launch, the site achieved a 43.22% increase in lodging website revenue year over year and a 127% increase in event ticket revenue year over year, demonstrating that this was not a cosmetic redesign, but a strategic digital investment driving measurable results.
